How we work
Before we start this process, we will have contacted you and clarified any doubts you may have. Once you have chosen us, we will go through the process below.
Every project has a beginning and an end, in a simplified way we show you the general methodology we use. The following is a guide only and may vary depending on the complexity of each project.
Initial planning and scope
This is the first step after you hire us. This is where we define the project details such as colors, design style, logo, music preferences, or voice-over (if needed). You can also provide your logo, branding elements or any other additional instructions.
This step is important to avoid the project going through more revisions than necessary, which can increase the time and cost of the project.
For more complex projects, storyboards are created, scripts are written, voiceover options are presented, audio preferences, or even a presentation is created before the project begins. Once approved, we proceed with the production stage.
Production stage
Here we start creating the project (video, audio, post design, podcast, music, etc.) based on what was agreed in the previous stage.
As a client, all you need to do is sit back and relax while we work on the project. For more complex projects we will send you updates or for longer duration projects we can set up a quick video session to show you the progress.
Delivery and review
The video will be submitted for review and final approval. If minor adjustments are required, they will be made at this stage.
We offer up to 2 'revisions', to find out more about what is 'revision' and how it works click here.
Project closing
The final video/audio/post, already checked and approved, will be delivered in the agreed formats (video: mp4, mov, etc; audio: mp3, wav, etc; image: jpg, png, etc).
We will also deliver the project files (compressed in .ZIP format), i.e. the editable files that will allow you to modify the project, either with us, another audiovisual company or even your own team of editors. This step is crucial if you need to update the video for any reason in the future.
